The one park tower was built by Daniels and it has
38 floors. It is located right on SQ1 on 23
acres of land. Right Now This is The Tallest
Building In Mississauga. One Park Tower
features special architectural design
elements including eight Gargoyles. Four
Gargoyles are located on the 8th floor with
an additional four Gargoyles perched high
above street level on the 32nd floor.
The Building Spectacular Lobby has soaring
vaulted ceilings, 24-hour Concierge and
old-world inspired column and arch accents.
The top floor of the building holds Rooftop
club. Club 38 is the city's highest
residential vantage point. Set on the 38th
floor, it features a spacious lounge,
